We offer benefits counseling to Individuals with Disabilities who currently have or need to apply for SSI or SSDI benefits. This includes exploration of pertinent Work Incentives where applicable. Additionally, we offer analysis and guidance on all available other Federal and State benefits.
Work Incentives Planning
A service that provides a confidential and individualized comprehensive benefits analysis for Individuals with Disabilities on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). This helps individuals understand and access healthcare and other benefits while seeking work.
Work Incentives Coordination
Using the results of the comprehensive benefits analysis, we provide education, guidance and advocacy for Individuals with Disabilities who are seeking to work and have complex benefits issues and concerns.
