What is it?
Work Incentives Planning is designed to provide individualized benefits counseling services to individuals seeking to work, while educating them on their healthcare and any other benefits they currently have or may be eligible for. We provide confidential services to Individuals with Disabilities who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).

Who does it?
Highly skilled and rigorously trained certified Community or Community Partner Work Incentives Coordinators (CWICs/CPWICs) who provide individual counseling to beneficiaries seeking employment and intensive follow-up services to ensure that they are using the work incentives appropriately. C(P)WICs provide confidential services to Individuals with Disabilities who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). C(P)WICs educate beneficiaries on how employment will affect their Social Security and State programs such as SSI, SSDI, Medicare, Medicaid, Subsidized Housing, and Food Assistance (SNAP), just to name a few!
