Jennifer Bishilany utilizes her 25 years of business and diverse benefits experience to assist Individuals with Disabilities in reaching their goals for employment, financial freedom, and life.

She understands education and guidance is an integral part of her role. Jennifer is compassionate and truly cares about the individuals she works with.

She values the relationships built through her work. Advising her along the way is her father, Bill Bishilany. Retired Assistant Director of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities, Bill brings a deep knowledge of the various resources offered to Individuals with Disabilities.

A service that provides a confidential and individualized comprehensive benefits analysis for Individuals with Disabilities on Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). This helps individuals understand and access healthcare and other benefits while seeking work.

Work Incentives Coordination/Ongoing Support

Using the results of the comprehensive benefits analysis, we provide education, guidance and advocacy for Individuals with Disabilities who are seeking to work and have complex benefits issues and concerns.
